Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via mrpley.bet as part of the Mr Play offering for players located in Great Britain. By opening an account, placing a bet or otherwise using the services on mrpley.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 6 November 2025.

The services are operated in Great Britain by AG Communications Limited (a company incorporated in Malta, registered address: 135 High Street, Sliema SLM 1548, Malta), which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under remote operating licence number 39483. The Mr Play brand is owned by Marketplay Ltd, and the services are provided on the Aspire Global platform operated within the NeoGames group. These Terms apply only to UK-facing operations for Mr Play on mrpley.bet and do not govern access to any non-UK versions of Mr Play.

Definitions

Key Terms

  • Operator: AG Communications Limited, the UK-licensed operator responsible for providing and managing the Mr Play services on mrpley.bet for players located in Great Britain.
  • Website: The website currently available at mrpley.bet, including any sub-domains, mobile versions and applications used to provide the Mr Play services in Great Britain.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who is at least 18 years old, located in Great Britain, has opened an account with the Operator on mrpley.bet and uses the gambling services.
  • Account: A personal, single-user gambling account registered by a Player on mrpley.bet, used to access games, place bets and hold funds.
  • Services: All gambling and ancillary services made available by the Operator on mrpley.bet, including casino games, live casino, sports betting (where offered), promotional features and account management tools.
  • Bet or Wager: Any stake risked by a Player on the outcome of a game, event or virtual outcome offered via the Services.
  • Bonus: Any promotional benefit granted by the Operator, including bonus funds, free spins, free bets, cashbacks, tournaments, loyalty rewards or similar incentives subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus Funds: Non-withdrawable virtual funds credited as part of a Bonus, which can be used to place Bets but may be subject to wagering requirements and other conditions before any resulting winnings become withdrawable cash.
  • Wagering Requirements: The total amount that must be staked by a Player using eligible funds before Bonus Funds or related winnings become withdrawable.
  • Real Money Balance: The portion of a Player's Account balance consisting of deposited funds and winnings derived from such funds that are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • Restricted Territory: Any jurisdiction from which the Operator, pursuant to law, regulation or licence conditions, does not accept players. For Mr Play these Terms are intended solely for players located in Great Britain.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity and verification procedures used by the Operator to confirm a Player's identity, age, address and, where relevant, source of funds or source of wealth.
  • AML: Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations imposed by law and by the UK Gambling Commission.
  • UKGC: The UK Gambling Commission, the regulator responsible for licensing and oversight of the Operator's gambling activities in Great Britain.
  • GAMSTOP: The national online self-exclusion scheme for Great Britain, with which UK-licensed remote operators like Mr Play must integrate.
  • ADR Provider: An alternative dispute resolution entity approved by the UK Gambling Commission to handle certain unresolved disputes between Players and the Operator.
  • Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age and location: You may open an Account only if you are at least 18 years old, physically located in Great Britain and legally permitted to participate in online gambling. The Operator may perform electronic checks to verify your age and location and may request documentary evidence at any time.
  • Single personal account: Each Player may hold only one Account with the Operator for Mr Play on mrpley.bet. Accounts registered in the name of third parties, aliases, or on behalf of others are prohibited and may be closed, with funds handled in accordance with these Terms and regulatory obligations.
  • Self-exclusion and GAMSTOP: If you are registered with GAMSTOP, or otherwise self-excluded from mrpley.bet or from Mr Play, you must not open or use an Account. The Operator will take reasonable steps, including automated checks, to prevent access by self-excluded players and will close any identified Accounts, returning funds where required by licence conditions.

Registration Process and KYC

  • Information you must provide: During registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, occupation and any other data requested. You must promptly update your details to keep them accurate and current.
  • Verification checks: Before allowing you to gamble or withdraw funds, the Operator will perform electronic identity and age checks and may request documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method documentation and evidence of source of funds or source of wealth.
  • Enhanced due diligence: Following a 2022 regulatory settlement with the UKGC regarding anti-money laundering controls, AG Communications Limited applies stricter KYC and source-of-funds/wealth checks for Mr Play. You may be asked to provide detailed financial documentation (for example, bank statements, payslips, tax returns) particularly where your gambling activity is significant relative to your circumstances.
  • Temporary restrictions: Until KYC checks are completed to the Operator's satisfaction, your Account may be restricted, including limitations on deposits, wagering and withdrawals. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, acting in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Security and Player Obligations

  • Username and password: You must keep your login details and any authentication methods secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures required by law.
  • Third-party access: You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including family members, co-workers or minors. You may not sell, transfer or share your Account or access credentials.
  • Accuracy and honesty: You must not provide false, misleading or forged information, nor conceal your identity, source of funds, or the fact that you are self-excluded. Providing such information may lead to Account closure, voiding of bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Multiple accounts and linked accounts: If the Operator reasonably believes that multiple Accounts are controlled by the same individual or related individuals to circumvent limits, exclusion measures or KYC checks, it may suspend or close such Accounts and manage funds in accordance with these Terms and its regulatory obligations.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Conditions

  • Applicable rules: All Bets are subject to these Terms and to any specific game rules, house rules, sports betting rules or promotional terms published on mrpley.bet. In case of conflict, specific game or promotion rules will normally prevail for that product, provided they comply with UK law and UKGC requirements.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market may have defined minimum and maximum Bet amounts. These limits are displayed within the game or bet slip interface and may be adjusted at any time to reflect risk management, regulatory or technical considerations.
  • Game fairness: Games offered on mrpley.bet use certified random number generators or approved event feeds. The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure fair, accurate and compliant operation of all games and betting markets, subject to the limitations of liability set out in these Terms.

Placing, Accepting and Settling Bets

  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted only when it appears in your betting history or open bets list and a confirmation is generated by the system. If a connection or technical issue prevents confirmation, the Operator may treat the Bet as not accepted.
  • Irreversibility: Once accepted, Bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed by the Player. The Operator may, in its discretion and in exceptional circumstances, cancel or amend a Bet before the relevant event starts or the game round is finalised.
  • Errors and palpable mistakes: If a Bet is accepted at odds, lines or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to technical or human error (including obvious pricing errors, reversed odds or impossible outcomes), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms that were reasonably available at the time.
  • Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or the outcome generated by the game's random number generator. If an event is postponed, abandoned or void under the relevant sports rules or game rules, settlement will follow those rules as published on mrpley.bet.

Conduct in Games, Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino, chat or any social features, you must behave respectfully and must not harass, insult, threaten or abuse other players, dealers or staff. Hate speech, discriminatory language, spam and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, use automated betting software (bots), exploit software bugs, or engage in any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may investigate and suspend Accounts where suspicious patterns are detected.
  • Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools on mrpley.bet, including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Where the Operator identifies indicators of harm, it may implement additional safeguards such as interaction, limits or Account suspension in accordance with its safer gambling policies and UKGC guidance.
  • Regulatory compliance: The Operator may void Bets, withhold Bonuses, suspend or close Accounts and report activity to regulators or law enforcement where it reasonably suspects cheating, manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful conduct.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional nature: Bonuses offered on mrpley.bet as part of Mr Play are promotional and discretionary. Availability, eligibility, and details are described in the relevant offer and in the separate bonus policy published on the Website. Where required, you must actively opt-in.
  • Separation of funds: Your Account may show separate balances for Real Money and Bonus Funds. Unless otherwise stated, Real Money is used to place Bets before Bonus Funds. Withdrawals may remove or reduce active Bonuses if the associated conditions are not yet met.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to new Players, specific payment methods, particular products (such as slots or live casino), or certain time periods. The Operator may exclude ineligible Accounts, including closed, self-excluded or restricted Accounts, and may refuse or remove Bonuses where misuse is suspected.

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: Some Bonuses require a qualifying deposit, Bet or promo code within a specified period. The conditions for activation, including any minimum deposit requirement, will be clearly stated with each promotion on mrpley.bet.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, and any contribution tables (for example, slots 100%, table games a lower percentage) are detailed in the bonus policy and in the promotion's specific terms.
  • Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must usually be completed within a defined timeframe (for example, 21 or 30 days from crediting). Any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be removed if the requirements are not met in time. The applicable timeframe will be stated with each promotion, and in any case will not extend beyond 2025 for promotions defined as "2025 offers".
  • Maximum stakes and winnings: Certain promotions may impose maximum Bet sizes while wagering a Bonus and may cap the amount of winnings convertible from Bonus Funds to Real Money. Such limits will be stated in the relevant offer terms.

Prohibited Bonus Practices

  • Abuse and low-risk betting: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, deliberate low-risk or zero-risk wagering, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other players to exploit promotions, is prohibited. The Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts where abuse is identified.
  • Game restrictions: Certain games or bet types may be excluded from wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. Playing restricted games or bet types while wagering a Bonus may result in the Bets not counting towards the requirements, or in the Bonus being cancelled as described in the bonus policy.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, promotions cannot be combined. Participation in one Bonus offer at a time may be required, and activating a new promotion may lead to the cancellation of existing Bonuses if their terms so provide.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Conditions

  • Payment methods: Mr Play on mrpley.bet accepts deposits via various methods such as debit cards and e-wallets, as listed under the cashier section of the Website. Only payment instruments held in your own name may be used.
  • Cryptocurrency: The Operator may, where permitted by UK law and licence conditions, update accepted methods over time. As at the effective date in 2025, cryptocurrency payments are generally not offered to Players in Great Britain and, if offered in future, will be subject to additional terms and regulatory approvals.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per day, and you can also apply your own responsible gambling limits. The Operator may adjust limits at its discretion, including reductions for safer gambling reasons.
  • Fees: The Operator does not ordinarily charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may. Any Operator-imposed charges will be displayed in the cashier section before you confirm a transaction.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used to deposit, in line with AML requirements and industry standards. If this is not feasible, an alternative method in your name may be requested.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few Business Days, subject to KYC checks. Actual receipt times depend on your payment provider. Additional verification or regulatory checks may extend processing times.
  • Verification before payout: The Operator may withhold withdrawals until all requested KYC and source-of-funds/wealth documentation has been provided and reviewed. This includes, where appropriate, detailed financial evidence, reflecting the stricter procedures implemented following the 2022 UKGC settlement.
  • Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction or period, as shown in the cashier or in specific promotional terms. The Operator may agree higher limits for certain Players subject to enhanced due diligence.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversed Transactions

  • Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. In limited circumstances (for example, documented technical errors or responsible gambling considerations), the Operator may, in its discretion and subject to regulatory obligations, agree to a refund of unused deposits.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover any winnings derived from disputed funds and report the matter to relevant authorities or credit agencies. Amounts mistakenly credited may be reversed.
  • Void bets and malfunctions: If a Bet or game round is voided due to technical malfunction or error, the Operator will refund the stake to your Account or reinstate the affected funds, in line with game rules and these Terms.

Player Funds Protection

  • Segregation of funds: Player funds for Mr Play are held in a manner corresponding to the UK Gambling Commission's "Medium Protection" category. This means that arrangements are in place to protect customer funds in the event of insolvency, but such arrangements may not guarantee that all funds will be repaid.
  • Information disclosure: The level of protection and an explanation of what Medium Protection means are provided on mrpley.bet in accordance with UKGC requirements. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this level of protection for your funds.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Provision of services: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with its UKGC licence conditions and applicable law. This includes taking reasonable steps to ensure that games operate fairly and that results are generated and recorded accurately.
  • Accuracy of information: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on mrpley.bet (including odds, game rules and account balances) is accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and the Operator reserves the right to correct such errors in accordance with these Terms.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from failures of telecommunications, the internet, your hardware or software, or from interruptions, delays or defects caused by third-party providers, provided it has complied with applicable regulatory requirements and has not acted negligently.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, data, business or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
  • Maximum liability per bet: In respect of any single Bet or game round, and subject to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's liability for any error, malfunction or breach will not exceed the amount of the stake placed by you on that Bet or the amount actually standing to your Real Money balance at the relevant time, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in the Website, the software, game content, graphics, text, interfaces and underlying systems used to provide Mr Play on mrpley.bet are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or content providers.
  • Brand rights: The Mr Play brand is owned by Marketplay Ltd and is used by the Operator for Mr Play under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the brand or associated marks beyond the limited licence to access the Services.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use mrpley.bet for lawful gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any part of the Website, software or content without prior written consent from the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
  • Data scraping and automation: Automated data collection, scraping, crawling, framing or use of bots or scripts to access the Services or extract content is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms

  • Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by email, account message, on-site banner or pop-up notification when you next log in or attempt to place a Bet.
  • Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account, subject to withdrawal of any eligible Real Money balance in accordance with these Terms and regulatory obligations.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Breach and misconduct: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and withhold or void Bets or Bonuses, where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, collusion, cheating, money laundering, use of bots, bonus abuse or any other improper or unlawful behaviour.
  • Regulatory and safer gambling reasons: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account where required by law or licence conditions, including in connection with self-exclusion (including GAMSTOP), responsible gambling concerns, AML/CTF investigations or directions from the UKGC or other authorities.
  • Verification failures: If you fail to provide required KYC or source-of-funds/wealth information, or if such information is unsatisfactory, the Operator may restrict, suspend or close your Account and handle funds in line with applicable regulations and its regulatory obligations.

Consequences of Termination

  • Account balance: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), and subject to any regulatory or legal restrictions, the Operator will pay you any remaining Real Money balance after deduction of any amounts owed (for example, chargebacks or fraudulently obtained winnings). Bonus Funds may be removed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
  • Notice: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will give you notice of suspension or closure and the reasons for it, except where it is prevented from doing so by law or where notice would compromise an investigation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Governing law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in respect of Mr Play on mrpley.bet are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence within Great Britain.

Dispute Resolution
